		<description><![CDATA[Just happened to read this yesterday - I  SO agree! I grew up on an acre of land that backed up to a woods with thorn bushes and a swamp. I spent hours out there in the summer sitting on a stone wall and reading, or steering a sled that just fit between the trees. Mom literally rang a bell to bring us home for dinner. Where we now live in suburbia, I couldn&#039;t give that to my own children, but I hope that other activities we did still helped them try small risks step-by-step in their own ways, to prepare for the bigger challenges. Thanks for posting.]]></description>
